Important Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- The refund amount will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation approval.
- Any transaction charges, payment gateway fees, or government taxes (if applicable) may be deducted from the refundable amount.
- In case the trek is cancelled by Dream Go Himalayas due to extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances, trekkers will be offered an alternative departure date, travel credit, or refund as per the company’s policy.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or early departures after the trek has commenced.
Note: We recommend booking early and informing us as soon as possible if your travel plans change. Early cancellations are eligible for higher refunds.
