Route & Travel Experience

The journey typically begins from Rishikesh, from where you travel by road to Lohajung. This drive itself is incredibly scenic, following river valleys and mountain roads.

From Lohajung, the trek gradually ascends through oak and rhododendron forests. As you move higher, the forests give way to expansive meadows. The moment you step into Ali Bugyal, you are greeted with rolling grasslands stretching as far as the eye can see.

Further ahead lies Bedni Bugyal, which is equally mesmerizing and offers some of the best camping experiences in the Himalayas.
