Itinerary Details

Rishikesh / Dehradun to Ghuttu
Drive from Rishikesh or Dehradun to the base village of Ghuttu in Uttarakhand (approx. 138–140 km, 7–9 hrs). Reach by evening, check-in at guesthouse/camp and rest overnight.
Day - 1
Ghuttu to Reehi (10 km)
Begin trekking from Ghuttu to Reehi Village. The trail follows dirt paths and forest tracks, gradually gaining altitude. Camp by evening and stay overnight.
Day - 2
Reehi to Gangi (12 km)
Continue trekking to Gangi Village, a remote mountain settlement with cultural charm. The trail climbs gently with steeper sections toward the end. Overnight camp in Gangi.
Day - 3
Gangi to Kharsoli (15 km)
Trek through forested areas and landslide-prone sections to reach Kharsoli Meadow on the Bhilangana River. Camp in this beautiful meadow surrounded by mountains.
Day - 4
Kharsoli to Chowki (12 km)
Today’s trek goes along valleys and ridges toward Chowki campsite near the Doodh Ganga River. Set up camp in alpine surroundings.
Day - 5
Rest & Acclimatization
Altitude is significant (around 4000 m), so this day is reserved for acclimatization. Short hikes around camp and exploring nearby glacier views help prepare for higher elevations.
Day - 6
Chowki to Masar Tal (8 km)
The climb becomes steeper with stunning views of peaks like Thalay Sagar. Reach Masar Tal, a serene high-altitude lake, and camp beside it.
Day - 6
Masar Tal to Vasuki Tal (12 km) via Mayali Pass (5300 m)
Early start: ascent to the top of Mayali Pass at around 5300 m. The trail includes steep ridges and glacier crossings. After summiting, carefully descend down to Vasuki Tal Lake and camp.
Day - 6
Vasuki Tal to Kedarnath (7 km)
From Vasuki Tal, trek toward the sacred town of Kedarnath (3–4 hrs trek). Evening visit to the famous Shiva temple and overnight stay in a guesthouse.
Day - 6
Kedarnath to Gaurikund (14 km)
Descend from Kedarnath to Gaurikund via a well-marked pilgrim trail. Reach Gaurikund by afternoon and stay in a guesthouse.
Day - 6
Gaurikund Departure
The trek officially ends at Gaurikund. From here, you can proceed back to Rishikesh/Haridwar by road.

  • At the time of booking, full payment / Rs.5,000 for Trek / Rs.10,000 for Road Trip / Mountain Expedition is required.

  • Payment for the remainder / rest of the trip must be made before the trip begins.

  • NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT, Bank Transfer, and Cash are all options for making a reservation.

  • All reservations will be subject to a 5% GST surcharge.

  • The booking deadline will be 07 days prior to the trip departure date.

  • Before making any online booking/reservation, double-check the dates and seat availability with our team through email or phone.

  • If the invoice amount exceeds 2 lacs and payment is made entirely or partially in cash (cash paid at the counter or placed in the bank), a 1% TCS will be applied and must be deposited separately from the total amount, along with a copy of the PAN card.

  • In the case of a flight reservation, full payment is needed according to the applicable airfare.

  • We must be notified through email at info@dreamgohimalayas.in if any trip/adventure activity services are cancelled owing to any avoidable/unavoidable causes.

  • Cancellation fees will apply as of the day we receive notification through mail, and they will be as follows:

    -Within the first 30 days: 90% of the total cost of the Land Package is refundable.

    -Between the ages of 21 and 30 days: 75 percent of the total cost of the land package is refundable.

    -Between 50 and 60 days: 50% of the total cost of the land package is refundable.

    -10 days or less: There will be no reimbursement.

  • After the cancellation date, the refund will be handled within 10 working days.

  • Cancellation fees will be determined based on the total trip cost, and they may vary depending on the date of departure and the date of cancellation.

  • There will be no refunds:

    -for any missed/unused tour services, including meals, owing to any reason.

    -If the tour's services are changed, altered, revised, cancelled, or not used.

    -If a customer cancels or is forced to cancel the tour due to changes in the itinerary or travel

    -If the consumer is dissatisfied with any of the operator's services
